SHAUN RAI

Co-Founder

As an accomplished project manager, Shaun has led new building construction across the Greater Vancouver area. Shaun designed and built his own home in Vancouver, which became the catalyst for co-founding Mirani Homes. He has a passion for building development and brings his out-of-the-box thinking to his company. His curious nature of always seeking to understand the deep meaning of ‘why’ has led him further seeking knowledge of design and construction methods.

Shaun became a Licensed Registered Builder after obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. His work experience includes a combination of project management in single family and multi-family homes.

Shaun keeps his fitness a priority, leading to living a healthy and happy life. He likes to snowboard, play basketball, and enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.

KEVIN RAI

Co-Founder

After working for over a decade as an engineer and project manager, Kevin co-founded Mirani Homes. Kevin also built his own home in Vancouver, has a passion for home construction, and brings extensive engineering detailed design experience to his company. His strong values for quality control and integrity allow him to ensure he fulfills his clients’ expectations the way he initially promised.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, professional engineering status with the British Columbia, Alberta and Washington State, and is a Licensed Registered Builder. His construction work experience includes project management in residential homes. His engineering design work consists of townhomes, low-rise and high-rise buildings, and mixed-use commercial facilities.

Kevin loves competing in fitness shows, spending quality time with family and friends, and occasionally enters himself into golf tournaments.
