Management Service is a percentage based on the overall construction cost or monthly fee that allows greater transparency in the project schedule and budget. The owner is given more control over the budget, payments, schedule, and design changes.
During the project we will conduct meetings regularly of which we will discuss your project progress, budget, and any other questions or concerns you may have. At key milestone stages, such as framing, rough-in, drywall, and finishing, we will invite you to site visits to ensure your dream is turning out the way it was originally intended. Of course, if there are any questions, comments, or concerns, we are available by phone or email 24/7.
Our prices are accurate and specific to your project. We always price your projects by completing quantity take-offs and take all specifications, materials, and variables into account.
